Bikram Yoga is the Original Hot Yoga. The full name is "Bikram's Beginning Yoga Class."
Every class is a series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises, always done in the same order. The series is designed to strengthen, stretch and tone your body from the inside out bones to skin. Every class is 90 minutes.
The room is heated to 105 degrees Fahrenheit and 40% humidity. The heat and humidity improve your circulation, and allow you to detoxify your body and stretch safely along with providing many other healthy benefits.

What You Need
& What To Wear
What you need for Bikram Yoga is a yoga mat,
a large towel and a water bottle.
Wear comfortable clothes to stretch in when wet. For men, we recommend wearing lined shorts and for women we recommend wearing shorts or leggings with a sports bra or sports tank.
If you would like to take a shower before or after class, bring an extra towel.
*Mats and towels are available for rent and for sale. Or you can bring your own.
Avoid meals at least 2 hours before class.
Drink plenty of water before class.
Stay in the practice studio for the entire class.
Rest in class when needed.
For best results, come to class as often as possible.
Arrive 15 minutes early to your first class.
