is something everyone can do.
It's a life-long journey, and we all have something new to learn in every class. We're excited that you've
joined us! And we are here to guide, inspire and support you.
About Class Bikram Yoga is the original Hot Yoga.
The full name of Bikram Yoga is Bikram's Beginning Yoga Class. And it is perfect for beginners. Each class is a series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises designed to strengthen,
stretch and tone your body from the inside out,
bones to skin. The room is heated to 104 degrees Fahrenheit and 40% humidity to allow you to stretch your muscles safely. The heat also adds an element of detoxification that helps you transform.
The History "Nothing about Bikram's Beginning Yoga Class is haphazard. It is designed to scientifically warm and stretch muscles, ligaments, and tendons in the order in which they should be stretched. Bikram's 26 exercises systematically move fresh, oxygenated blood to one hundred percent of your body, to each organ and fiber, restoring all systems to healthy working order." -Bikram Choudhury
