Yin Yoga
Sunday, April 9th from 7pm - 8pm
This is a free communiy class. Everyone is welcome. Yin is a slow paced style of yoga where the poses
are passive and held for longer periods of time. Yin poses apply mederate stress to the connective tissues of the body - the tendons, fascia and ligaments - with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. A more meditative approach to yoga, yin aims at cultivating awareness of inner silence.

Candlelight Breath Meditation
Sundays, April 16th, 23rd & 30th from 7:15-8PM Join us as we practice simple breath meditations.
No experience is needed.
Everyone is welcome.
This is a free community class.
